Sumida Gardens is pleased to announce the launch of a web-based Information Center for our tenants. This resident portal will allow you to:

· Keep your information, such as email and phone number current
· View your billing and payment history
· Report and track the status of work orders for your apartment
· Pay your rent online and set up a recurring payment from your bank account or credit card

We're working hard to put the finishing touches on this new feature and you will receive a letter with instructions on how to register once we're ready!
